At Coffee Saints, every cup has a story, and so does every bite. We started with a simple idea: to create a space where great coffee and fresh, wholesome food meet community, connection, and care. But we didn’t just want to make a café—we wanted to make a difference.

That’s why we are proud to be a social enterprise, supporting the Grassmarket Community Project. Every coffee you enjoy, every pastry you savour, helps us give back to our local community, providing opportunities, support, and a helping hand where it’s needed most.

We believe food and coffee bring people together. From hearty breakfasts to light lunches, handcrafted drinks to sweet treats, everything on our menu is made with care and attention. Our café is more than just a place to eat—it’s a space to slow down, meet friends old and new, and feel part of something bigger.
